Creatives at Ogilvy Mumbai, reached out to us to create the visual grammar away from that of a typical sports team. They were very clear about avoiding the ‘attitude’ route, which is
a quite common visual grammar for any sports team. Considering Mumbai Indians has won championship many times, it was a perfect time to explore beyond the grunge, gritty & attitude form of visual expressions. Considering the limited time frame we get with each player,
we played around with the personality of the players & collectively develop the shots and design props for the same.
